We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Change Management Specialist to join our Magellan program, a global business transformation initiative that aims to simplify, standardize, and modernize our core business processes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for deploying and communicating change, capturing and dispositioning change impacts, stakeholder management, and end-user change journey activities dedicated to the EMAE Customer Care organization.
Key Responsibilities- Execute deployment change journey activities, including stakeholder assessments, kick-offs, open office hours, and other activities in partnership with Customer Care and Capital Equipment change network leads to deliver quality change events and materials for each change phase leading up to deployment.
- Complete key change activities, such as capturing changes coming, validating changes, mapping changes to roles, in partnership with Business Functional Leads, Product owners, and Change Network Leads.
- Create and communicate updated personas aligned to each release for end-user groups with the highest amount and complexity of changes coming.
- Create and support program communications for the team and broader stakeholder community.
- Support Magellan SharePoint site, including stakeholder list management, end-user list management, creating News posts/sites as needed, and reviewing site analytics.
- Consistently measure change and communication effectiveness through multiple forms of measurement, such as focus groups, surveys, and analytics.
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Excellent communication skills, with strong attention to detail, creative writing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite of tools, including PPT and SharePoint.
- Growth mindset, comfortable with ambiguity.
- Fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of three to five years of related work experience in change management, communications, or a related field.
- Successful track record delivering high-quality creative communications to all levels of the organization using multiple vehicles.
- Experience working on a global project transformation implementing Change Management and Communications tactics.
- Experience working globally and comfort with cultural diversity.
- Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) certification and/or PROSCI Certification.
- Five years+ of related work experience with change tools, such as stakeholder analysis, change impact mapping, persona creation, change measures, and the value of their outputs.
- Five years+ creating enterprise-wide and executive-level creative communications using multiple vehicles/approaches.
