Creative Fashion Graphic Designer

Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our fashion department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning graphics and allover prints for our collections. Your expertise will also be required to support the sales and marketing teams with the development of seasonal online collection books.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills, excellent computer skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, and experience working with PLM systems. Strong communication and project management skills are essential for success in this role.

• Create placement graphics, allover prints, and branding-related artworks for our collections
• Develop and produce graphics and artworks, ensuring they are production-ready and implemented in our PLM system
• Communicate effectively with suppliers regarding graphic-related matters
• Take ownership of the entire design process, collaborating with the Graphic team and Designers
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and perform research to inform our brand strategy
• Translate trends into commercial collections in collaboration with other Designers and the Head of Product womenswear
• Create seasonal collection books with the Graphic team and marketing
• Generate colorcards and handle trim and label design
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth design development and implementation
• Assist in finding solutions to any problems arising during the design process
• Prepare graphic sheets and overviews of the collection each season for the Head of Product and sales

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A completed HBO education in Graphic Design or Fashion Design
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Designer in a similar position
• Technical knowledge of graphics, allover print, layout design, and branding
• Experience with both handmade and digital designing, owning a diverse handwriting and typographically strong aesthetic
• Excellent computer skills in Adobe programs like Adobe CC, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• PLM or similar program knowledge is advantageous
• An excellent command of the English language, both verbally and in writing; Dutch is highly recommended
• Flexibility, accuracy, structure, responsibility, ability to work well under pressure, and initiative
• A willingness to work as a true team player, staying up-to-date with trends and market developments
• Ability to translate trends into a commercial collection with a contemporary handwriting
• Able to work in a dynamic environment, independently, and with a hands-on mentality
• Availability for full-time or minimum 4 days a week
• Living in the Netherlands or near the Drunen head office
