About the Role

Fugro is seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Global Applications Services department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing global applications that meet the highest standards of innovation and quality.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Design functional processes for global applications in line with Fugro's standardized business processes.
  • Translate and integrate standard processes into global applications.
  • Oversee system configuration and advise deployment teams on blueprint-aligned system usage.
  • Ensure that applications are fit for purpose and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate and follow up on testing to ensure it is ready to be handed over for testing.
  • Advise deployment teams and regional application support teams on the correct use of applications.
  • Collaborate with Business Process Owners to ensure that business processes are supported.
  • Work with the Information Security team to ensure that business processes are compliant with the information security system and privacy.
  • Collaborate with applications architects to ensure that applications comply with architectural principles.
  • Work with project managers to ensure timely delivery of solutions according to requirements.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an international project-based company and/or related industries with experience in implementing AI solutions.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to understand high-level software and systems architecture related to AI.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and oral.
