Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Service Line Lead to join our Net Zero Strategy team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new services, tools, and software solutions to support our clients' net zero ambitions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and drive the Service Line strategy, go-to-market, and business plan in close collaboration with the EMEA Climate Resiliency & Decarbonization Business Line Leader.
- Provide clear leadership and direction to your Service Line team members on all aspects of our work related to this role, including business development, technical subject matter expertise, project delivery, quality assurance, and client management.
- Support in ensuring that the Service Line has the right resources, with particular attention to recruitment and retention, to maximize opportunity, project delivery, and profitability.
- Perform line management responsibilities for direct reports, including conducting performance reviews and goal setting, and providing mentorship and guidance on career path development.
- Provide supervision, guidance, and technical leadership to clients and colleagues on leading practices, standards, and trends, incorporating this knowledge into consulting projects, proposals, and the evolution of new services.
- Supervise large, complex, and dynamic consulting projects throughout their entire project cycle: initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, QA, and closure.
- Lead business development activities related to the Service Line, including sales calls, actively engaging with new and existing clients to establish and/or grow relationships in accordance with our client management approach, and developing and/or stewarding proposals and marketing materials.
- Define leading offerings to take to the market, including developing supporting materials, e.g., sales materials, proposals, budgets, and deliverable templates, etc., as well as monitoring market developments to evolve current offerings, tools, and approaches to meet and exceed client needs.
- Manage the Service Line's financial and operational activities, working closely with the EMEA Climate Resiliency & Decarbonization Business Line Leader, operational support, and other internal support resources as may be appropriate.
- Lead the development of Anthesis Group's thought leadership, services, products, marketing materials, and offerings in relation to Net Zero standards and frameworks.
- Hold responsibility for all aspects of quality assurance for the Service Line's offerings.
- Support in the recruitment, development/mentorship, retention, and management of talent to achieve performance excellence within the Service Line, and under the guidance of operational support for the Climate Resiliency & Decarbonization Business Line.
- Ensure integration of Net Zero Strategy services with other Climate and ESG solutions which form part of the wider client journey.
- Establish close ties and work collaboratively with other Net Zero Strategy Service Line Leaders globally to share best practices and key learnings and strive for continuous improvement of the service line and offerings.
