Business Strategist

**Business Controller - EMEA Supply Chain**

As a key member of the Finance team, you will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for all Supply Chain activities. This role will drive process and productivity improvement projects to enhance business and finance organization efficiency.

• Act as finance lead on the development of annual/multi-years' operating budgets and monthly forecasts.
• Drive analysis and recommendations through business intelligence and reporting.
• Improve the costs effectiveness of Supply Chain, consisting of owned operations and 3rd party logistics providers.
• Partner effectively with the Accounting team and the Budget owners on completion of monthly financial closes.
• Drive financial performance of the business by highlighting savings opportunities and risks.
• Act as a sparring partner and back-up for the Director Finance Supply Chain EMEA.

Requirements:

• Solid financial background and experience with US and European accounting methods.
• Strong ability to setup and refine business processes.
• Master's degree in Finance & Accounting or equivalent.
• 4-5 years of relevant working experience.
• Excellent Excel and data manipulation experience required.
• Fluent in English both verbal and written.
• Very good understanding of accounting concepts.
• Strong communication & analytical skills.
• Strong level of autonomy and self-accountability.
• Teamwork and team leading skills required.
• Ability to work under time/results pressure, tight deadlines, and changing priorities.
