At our location in Limburg, you will play a key role in advancing Arvato's growth and experience the exciting world of our international supply chain solutions firsthand.

We're seeking a skilled professional to lead our operations team and drive performance improvement plans to achieve budgets and overall company performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure services are executed efficiently and at the required qualitative and quantitative level
  • Capacity planning in the short- and medium-term, building strategy for long-term staff development
  • Implementation of change and improvement processes across the entire operation
  • Total Cost ownership for Warehouse and Operations
  • Leading, developing, and delivering performance improvement plans to ensure achievement of budgets and overall company performance targets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or Engineering
  • 5-7 years' experience in an operations environment
  • Analytical and strategic thinking with good business acumen and the ability to think from the customer's perspective
  • Extensive demonstrable experience in a contract logistics environment
  • Strong financial knowledge covering budget forecasting
