Role Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented person to join our Finance team as a Management Assistant Finance. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our Chief Financial Officer and Group Controller, as well as assist with various tasks related to finance and accounting.



Key Responsibilities



  • Meetings and Workshops: Prepare, manage, attend, and follow up on meetings and workshops as required.
  • Support to Senior Management: Provide administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer, Group Controller, and other managers within the Finance team.
  • Calendar and Meeting Management: Manage calendars, attend meetings, and perform other administrative tasks related to office management.
  • Know Your Client Procedures: Be responsible for maintaining the group's juridical structure and adherence to Know Your Client procedures.
  • Insurance Policies and Programs: Assist with administrative tasks related to maintaining group insurance policies and programs.
  • Finance Projects: Support finance projects, including contract management.


Requirements



  • Languages: Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills.
  • Office Applications: Working knowledge of office applications.
  • Organizational Talent: Organizational talent with an efficient, autonomous, and proactive approach to work.
  • Finance and Administration: Affinity with finance and administration.
  • Experience: Several years of experience in a similar role.
  • Availability: Willingness to work 24 to 40 hours and (mainly) in the office.
