About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Solution Architect to join our team at ABN Amro Clearing. As a Data Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and governing IT solutions focused on data, including Data Platform, Data Analytics & Reporting, Master & Reference Data Management, and Metadata Management.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee our application & data landscape, inspiring, involving, and activating development teams with each change. You will investigate, tune, and verify standards and strategic views with internal and external global stakeholders, supporting decision-making by creating, providing, and communicating clear deliverables.

You will develop and maintain solutions architectures in line with global target architecture, global policies, security standards, and best practices, covering all aspects from business service down to related information technology (the full stack) to contribute to and increase the reliability, security, flexibility, quality, and cost efficiency of the global organization.

About the Team

You will be part of the CoE Architecture, working closely with the Data Governance and Management organisation to translate the Data Strategy into implementable solutions. Our team is known for its open and transparent way of working, where your opinion is valued, and dialogue is encouraged.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a unique combination of development experience with a passion for technology and a strong interest in working in global capital markets. Your knowledge should be up to date, including CI/CD, Cloud, and Micro-services, streaming, and you should be able to understand, inspire, and activate others.

You will have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in the data and application domain, within a comparably complex environment (in- & external stakeholders, complex data and IT environment, different time zones, and diverse cultures). You should have experience with IT architecture and be able to think on a conceptual level, with strategic and analytical skills.

What We Offer
  • The gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
  • The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits.
  • Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
  • Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000.
