About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Service Administrator to join our team in Noordwijk, Netherlands, working closely with the ESA's Financial Operations Section. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing travel claims, calculating settlements, and managing financial transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Certify and calculate individual travel claims against supporting vouchers and invoices.
  • Calculate the settlement of business trips based on agency rules.
  • Enter settlement data into the customer's database.
  • Filing vouchers, invoices, and other supporting documentation.
  • Receiving and checking invoices from travel agents and car hire agents and entering data into the customer's database.
  • Reconciling corporate credit card executions and ticket discrepancies.
  • Rectifying ticket error lists and statistical projections.
  • Payment list proposals checking and execution.
  • Uploading invoices and credit notes into SAP.
  • Rectification of SAP-posting error logs.
  • Creating statistics and reports as requested.
  • Performing other ad-hoc tasks as requested by the Team Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in providing customer-oriented services with an eye for processing and workflow.
  • Knowledge of financial accounting and experience in Accounts Payables.
  • Familiarity with modern office automation tools and techniques, particularly Microsoft Office or equivalent, as well as customized database and software applications.
  • Experience as a user of SAP and ECC module, familiarity with ESA corporate applications, and preferably experience with/knowledge of SAP Concur.
  • Capacity to identify priority actions and handle high workloads.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational, and communication abilities to be client-focused.
  • Comfortable working in a diverse and multinational team environment.
  • Ability to work independently and establish good working relations with relevant actors in ESA and Industry.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • A good working knowledge of French is an asset.
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the EU.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is approximately €45,000 - €55,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, flexible working policy, range of wellness activities, employee assistance programs, and a casual dress code.
