About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Specialist to join our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) team at Catawiki. As a key member of this team, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and expanding our HR processes.

As a Workday Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include maintaining and configuring all modules within our Workday system, including HCM Core, Compensation, Absence, Performance Management, and Advanced Compensation. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant contribution to the Workday experience for over 800 Catawikians across more than 7 countries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling and Maintaining Regular Workday Issues and 'Quick Fix' Process Enhancements: Our Business as Usual.
  • Supporting and/or Leading Workday-Related Projects: Implementing new functionalities, redesigning existing configurations, innovating current setup, or performing large data migrations or cleanups.
  • Training and Supporting Key Stakeholders: Direct People Colleagues and Managers to enable them to utilize Workday functionalities optimally.
  • Collaborating with and Learning from Stakeholders within the People Team and the Business to gain a deep understanding of HR processes and the Catawiki business.
  • Exploring and Reviewing New Workday Functionality to ensure we leverage all available features.
  • Ensuring Data Integrity and Accuracy within the Workday System.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of functional configuration experience with the Workday HCM Module;
  • Knowledge of the Workday HCM Core, Business Process Framework, Reporting, and Security Model;
  • Preferably experienced (or interested) in Absence, Reporting & Dashboarding, and/or Performance Management;
  • You often work on multiple priorities simultaneously; you know how to add structure and prioritize in a dynamic environment;
  • You are process-oriented and tech-savvy; you aim to make Workday processes efficient, automated, and self-service;
  • Ability to translate business problems into technological solutions and vice versa;
  • You are accurate, analytical, proactive, and possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Workday certification(s) are preferred but not required.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from €60,000 to €90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you'll enjoy:
