Chief Technology Officer

The Chief Technology Officer will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's technology strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring operational excellence. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Leading a high-performing IT team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Designing and implementing a robust and scalable IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, and software applications.
- Driving digital transformation initiatives across the organization, leveraging emerging technologies and data analytics to enhance operational efficiency, customer engagement, and business growth.
- Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of enterprise-wide systems, including ERP systems.
- Establishing and maintaining a robust cybersecurity framework to protect company data and systems from potential threats.
- Managing relationships with strategic technology vendors and negotiating contracts to optimize value for the company.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated experience in using technology to design and build market-leading customer journeys and experiences.
- Strong and forward-looking understanding of technology trends and innovation and their potential impact on the business.
- Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems integration, and software development methodologies.
- Experience in driving digital transformation initiatives, both culturally and operationally.
- Proficient in data management, analytics, and business intelligence tools.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. MBA or other relevant business qualifications are a plus.
- Proven experience (15+ years) in senior IT leadership roles.
