Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Director to oversee the maintenance and operation of our critical facilities. This role requires a strong technical background and extensive experience in managing facilities teams.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to ensure the smooth operation of our critical facilities. This includes coordinating maintenance activities, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of facilities professionals to maintain and operate critical facilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
  • Manage budgets and resources to optimize facility operations
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate's degree or equivalent in a relevant technical field
  • At least 9 years of experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
