At Google, we are seeking an exceptional Operations and Maintenance Manager, Critical Facilities to lead our critical facilities team. As a seasoned professional with a strong technical background and extensive experience in managing complex facilities, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our critical infrastructure.

About this role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity that requires a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and business acumen. As an Operations and Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the maintenance and repair of critical systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Leading a team of skilled engineers and technicians to ensure seamless facility operations.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and finance, to drive business results and achieve company goals. This role requires a high level of autonomy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 9 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a critical facilities or data center environment.
  • An Associate's degree, trade school certification, or other verifiable training in a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

We offer a competitive salary range of $**$125,000 - $170,000 per year**, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
