Job Summary

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to strengthen our position in the market as a specialty Fixed Income boutique. The successful candidate will support our commercial ambition with a focus on alternative fixed income and PR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing communications strategies to promote our focus products, including responsible investing and alternative fixed income.
  • Analyze our strategies and understand clients' needs and strategic challenges.
  • Translate our strategy into strong positioning of our focus products.
  • Execute marketing projects to improve the presentation and perception of our products.
  • Build the story on our unique selling points and promote it through all available channels.
  • Be the point of contact for content-related requests or opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of fixed income strategies from a marketing, sales, or product development background.
  • Proven experience in asset management marketing, preferably across international markets and with experience of marketing to institutional audiences.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and client base.
  • Strong problem-solving and writing skills with sound creative judgment.
  • Ability to interpret and present complex financial ideas and information in a concise and compelling manner.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a relentless appetite to continually improve standards.
  • Ability to apply strategic and creative thinking to inform approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Disciplined, well-organized, with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Good MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch, both verbal and written.
