Are you a seasoned marketing professional looking for a new challenge? We're seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our team at Royal HaskoningDHV Zwolle. As a key member of our Mobility & Infrastructure Marketing Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing impactful digital marketing campaigns that drive business growth and fuel our company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Orchestrating and executing digital marketing campaigns with a robust project management methodology
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to devise and execute marketing activation strategies
  • Providing a business-oriented approach for go-to-market campaigns
  • Creating high-quality content and evaluating its effectiveness
  • Formulating and executing an effective SEO strategy
  • Overseeing social media accounts and responding to media inquiries
  • Constantly testing and enhancing marketing strategies to optimize ROI
  • Delivering reports and analyses on results using martech platforms
  • Building and nurturing relationships with media partners and industry alliances

About the Role:

As our Marketing Manager, you will be part of a high-performing team that enables us to shape the future of aviation. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to align marketing strategies with the company's objectives and drive business growth through impactful, measurable go-to-market campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience in large, international and matrixed organisations
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English, Dutch is a plus
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Organisational sensitivity and strong project management skills with the ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to facilitate decision-making process regarding product and services definition, fine-tuning and market positioning
  • Experience in Martech tools like CMS, CRM, GA4, SEO, Hotjar type of tools
