We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Lead to join our team in The Hague, Netherlands.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of aviation as part of our high-performing Mobility & Infrastructure Marketing Team at Royal HaskoningDHV/NACO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading digital marketing initiatives aimed at the aviation sector.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to align marketing strategies with the company's objectives and drive business growth through impactful, measurable go-to-market campaigns. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies, leveraging your expertise in martech tools and SEO best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Orchestrating and executing digital marketing campaigns with a robust project management methodology
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to devise and execute marketing activation strategies
  • Providing business-oriented approaches for go-to-market campaigns
  • Creating high-quality content and evaluating its effectiveness
  • Formulating and executing effective SEO strategies
  • Overseeing social media accounts and responding proactively to media inquiries
  • Constantly testing and enhancing marketing strategies to optimize ROI

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and activating digital marketing campaigns, preferably within the international transport/technology space. You should have a good understanding of the full marketing mix and experience working within complex matrix organisations with numerous internal stakeholders.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package including a primary salary between €65,000 - €85,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits such as:
