Drive Digital Transformation in Aviation


Royal HaskoningDHV is seeking a talented Digital Transformation Strategy Lead to join our Aviation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with our core services, ensuring digital integration and development.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement an internal and external digital strategy that integrates our Digital Way of Working (DWOW) and develops and grows our external Aviation Digital Strategy and Advisory services.
  • Guide professionals in crafting a digital vision, leveraging emerging technologies to set clear objectives and establish viable business models.
  • Lead the creation of digital consultancy offerings that complement our technical services, enhancing operational insights and decision-making.
  • Incorporate our broad digital capabilities to meet evolving client needs, ensuring our services remain at the forefront of the industry.
  • Prepare materials for proposals, conduct market scans, and actively participate in sales pitches to showcase our digital services.
  • Work alongside business development and marketing teams to strengthen client relationships and broaden our reach.
  • Act as liaison within our matrix organization, identifying synergies across teams to support client solutions and digital transformation.
  • Represent our organization for internal Corporate Digital integration and integrate Royal HaskoningDHV's wider digital offerings and capabilities to help meet client demands.

About the Role:


As a Digital Transformation Strategy Lead, you will join our Business Unit Aviation, a boutique unit consisting of the worldwide renowned consultancy brand NACO, Netherlands Airport Consultants. Our highly motivated team delivers full spectrum, integrated engineering-, strategic- and management consultancy services related to airport and aviation development all over the globe. You will be based in The Hague area (new office in Delft from January 2025), the Netherlands.


Requirements:



  • 10-15 years' work experience in digital transformation, business organization consultancy, preferably in aviation.
  • Knowledge of IT architecture & Data science required.
  • Experience with existing and upcoming aviation-related technology applications, to improve efficiency and performance of aviation processes, is highly valued (e.g., digital twin applications, airport operating data bases, airport IT systems/architecture, (biometric) passenger processing systems, A-CDM/TAM).
  • (Near) native English language proficiency.
  • Relevant Master's level university degree.
