About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Director to join our team at Trinamics. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects and ensuring their successful execution.

The Project Director will oversee contract administration, financial tracking, progress management, project procurement, and commercial risk management within the Project Management department.

  • Enhance overall project profitability by improving P&L performance.
  • Strengthen the assessment and management of contractual liabilities.
  • Provide expertise and guidance to Project Managers to drive better project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee contract administration, financial tracking, progress management, project procurement, and commercial risk management within the Project Management department.
  • Provide expertise in commercial and financial matters, including contract negotiations with customers and subcontractors.
  • Focus on large-scale, complex projects, ensuring contract frameworks such as FIDIC and NEC (3 and 4) are effectively applied.
  • Enhance contract risk awareness by embedding contractual responsibilities into project execution processes.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring contractual risks are effectively translated into robust project processes.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager, project team, customers, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution and financial performance.
  • Oversee planning, budgeting, risk management, and communication to deliver successful project outcomes.
