Job Summary


We are seeking an International Business Development Representative to join our team in Alkmaar, Netherlands. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, developing strategies to find new clients, and collaborating with our Marketing team to set up campaigns focused on lead generation within specific industries.



Main Responsibilities



  • Proactively approach potential customers by phone, LinkedIn, or email to schedule meetings and better understand their needs.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to guide prospects through the sales funnel and schedule follow-up meetings, including presentations, demos, or workshops.
  • Build relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution of inquiries.


Requirements


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A strong understanding of Dutch and English languages.
  • A winner's mentality, with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
