Job Summary:The successful candidate will lead the Investigation & Improvement team, focusing on optimizing production processes. Key responsibilities include managing investigations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvements. The ideal candidate will work closely with other departments to solve production challenges and uphold high standards of product quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of professionals, guiding their growth and performance
- Set and achieve departmental goals aligned with production objectives
- Lead the Investigation & Improvement team, encouraging a culture of improvement
- Oversee and prioritize department activities to meet operational goals
- Work with QA, RA, and other teams to resolve production issues
- Investigate production issues and implement corrective actions
- Analyze processes to find and apply improvement opportunities
- Prepare for audits and inspections, ensuring full compliance
- Report on the department's progress to senior leadership
- Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Science or Pharmacy preferred; Bachelor's degree with strong experience is considered
- Significant experience leading investigation and improvement teams in pharmaceuticals
- Proven success in enhancing efficiency and product quality
- Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities
- Salary range: €6000,- to €7500,- gross monthly depending on experience
- Region: Haarlem
- Working hours: Full-time position
- Contract type: long term position, first contract through Oxford
