We are seeking a Senior Product Training Administrator to become part of the Pearson Training division within Pearson Clinical. This Business Unit is dedicated to the development of training programs, webinars, masterclasses, and conferences under the Pearson brand. Our portfolio is aimed at educating professionals on the appropriate application of clinical assessments and the interpretation of test outcomes. The target audiences include clinical psychologists, educational psychologists, speech and language therapists, and other professionals in healthcare and education.

The role of training coordinator in the Nordics is newly established, and you will work alongside the Training Manager to enhance the visibility of the Pearson training portfolio in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the comprehensive coordination of all activities related to the Pearson training business in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.
  • Collaborate with the Training Manager to formulate strategies aimed at expanding the training business in the Nordics.
  • Design and implement the Training publication plan (both short-term and long-term), in partnership with field experts.
  • Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing team to execute initiatives that increase market share and revenue in the region.
  • Manage the logistics of in-person training sessions (including booking venues, coordinating with experts, etc.).
  • Handle the registration, administration, and invoicing processes for training products.
  • Oversee the issuance of certificates and digital badges.

Qualifications:

  • Several years of relevant experience in the training sector or within an educational environment with a focus on content development.
  • Strong customer-centric approach.
  • Commercially oriented with an emphasis on quality.
  • Adept at identifying trends and market dynamics and translating them into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities (engaging with field experts and clients).
  • Agile and adaptable to change.
