About the Role

Picnic is revolutionizing the e-commerce space with its innovative and sustainable app-only service. As a Technical Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in accelerating development and delivery cycles in our CI and CD pipelines.

You will leverage your analytical skills to break down problems and find key opportunities to enhance the developer experience. Your expertise will help us identify areas of improvement to the development experience and step-change opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Combine user research and data analysis to gain a deep understanding of the needs of developers and their software products.
  • Leverage your analytical skills to analyze the behaviors and feedback from our 320+ internal customers.
  • Define and maintain the platform roadmap in alignment with engineers and leads of other teams.
  • Build and support a highly effective team in a rapidly growing organization.
  • Drive swift and smooth adoption of platform solutions across the tech team.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Product Owner who has a strong analytical and conceptual mindset. You should have a good understanding of software development practices, cloud computing, and DevOps processes.

Key Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Econometrics, Robotics, or related.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a product-led organization as a Technical Lead, Product Analyst, or Product Owner.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Technical background with a good understanding of software development practices, cloud computing, and DevOps processes.
