We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Rewards Consultant to join our team at The Kraft Heinz Company. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a professional with a passion for rewards management to make a significant impact on our global operations.



Job Summary

The Senior Global Rewards Manager will be responsible for supporting the management of global cycles, processes, and projects across multiple business units in various geographies. This includes providing advice and direction on compensation initiatives, ensuring adherence to policies and processes, and collaborating with local rewards and HR teams.



Main Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Kraft Heinz Rewards colleagues supporting Europe & Pacific Developed Markets, as well as Asia Emerging Markets.
  • Provide guidance and direction on the delivery of compensation initiatives and ensure adherence to policies and processes.
  • Build and foster relationships with teams and colleagues across the zone, facilitating collaboration and challenging local practices to improve working methods.
  • Review and approve/deny job evaluations for Director & above levels using Hay Methodology.
  • Manage, support, and implement special projects to enhance global compensation programs and routines.
  • Support key stakeholders, such as Regional Rewards teams and Business Unit Rewards Leads, in executing compensation routines and processes.
  • Research and identify opportunities for simplification/streamlining of compensation-related process improvements.
  • Support annual salary survey participation for multiple countries, mainly focusing on Mercer.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in rewards/HR-related fields.
  • Experience in project management, prioritization, and planning.
  • Familiarity with Hay Points evaluation methodology and annual survey participation is preferred.
  • Able to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization and internal and external clients.
  • Advanced Excel skills and numeric/analytics capabilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Interest and some experience working with human capital management systems, such as Workday and related modules and software.
  • High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications.
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.
  • Personal integrity and ability to handle confidential information.


Estimated Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
