Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Senior Director Global Total Reward to drive data-driven decision-making and develop a strategic approach to total rewards.
  • Develop and maintain accurate compensation reports and analytics, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in compensation activities, aligning with market standards and attracting top talent.

Requirements:

  • Proven international compensation experience, with a deep understanding of key HR processes and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to interpret data and present key messages to non-experts.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence decision-making processes.
