About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Rewards Specialist to join our team at Philips. As a key member of our Rewards function, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing performance and rewards policies, processes, and tools that will have a global impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design of performance and rewards policies, processes, and tools that align with our global business objectives.
  • Collaborate with markets to develop global performance management and recognition practices, compensation, and grading strategies.
  • Analyze results from benchmarking partners, business requirements, and market developments to inform our rewards strategies.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including Market Rewards, HRBP/HRMs, TA, PPS, and Managers, to ensure seamless execution of our rewards initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in the Rewards function.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Project and stakeholder management experience.
  • Knowledge of benchmarking and policy development is preferred.
  • Good business acumen and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
