About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Tender Manager to join our Business Unit Marine Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the entire tender process, from initial client requests to final contract negotiation.

Your primary focus will be on developing and executing winning strategies in collaboration with commercial managers and other stakeholders. You will also be responsible for coordinating with internal departments and external parties to ensure all technical and cost aspects are addressed.

In this dynamic environment, you will work closely with our in-house experts to create and deliver complex tender deliverables for high-demanding clients across the Oil & Gas Industry and the fast-growing Renewable Energy market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute winning tender strategies in collaboration with commercial managers and other stakeholders
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to ensure all technical and cost aspects are addressed
  • Manage and guide the tender team to perform at their best
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and coordinate contact with internal and external parties
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field for the marine or offshore industry
  • Preferably 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in the offshore industry and a proven track record in Tender Management or Project Management
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills, as well as the ability to inspire a team to perform at its best
  • Technical and commercial skills and know-how regarding the marine or offshore industry, including risk and contract management
