Revolutionize Workday Operations with Picnic

We are seeking an experienced Workday Optimization and Process Improvement Expert to join our dynamic team at Picnic. As a key member of our HR and Finance department, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Workday environment.

About the Role
  • You will work closely with our HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless operations and support their needs, including absences, time tracking, compensation, and procurement.
  • With a focus on improving processes and automating workflows, you will design, configure, and deploy new projects and system enhancements in Workday's HR (Core, Talent, Time Tracking) and Finance (Core, Procurement, Expenses) modules.
Your Responsibilities
  • Act as a domain expert for our Workday Finance and HCM system, supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of various Workday modules.
  • Gather business requirements and lead the design, configuration, and deployment of new projects and system enhancements.
  • Handle daily operational tasks in Workday, including managing urgent needs and supporting operations through ticketing systems.
  • Train and support key stakeholders to help them make optimal use of Workday's functionalities.
  • Assist in expanding Workday infrastructure to new locations.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience with Workday HCM and Financial management modules.
  • Preferably in-depth knowledge of Workday HCM Core and/or Workday Core Financials and good knowledge of Absence, Performance, Compensation, Banking & Settlement, and Expenses modules.
  • Experience in driving and delivering implementation of new business processes in Workday HCM and/or Finance is essential.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business requirements into sustainable Workday solutions.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch is not required.
  • Workday certification(s) are preferred but not required.
What We Offer

Picnic offers a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as 25 vacation days, pension plan, and relocation package for expats.
