Introduction

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Administration student to join our Talent Engagement team at ASML. As an intern, you will play a key role in helping us improve our community initiatives and data presentation skills.

Background Information

At ASML, we are committed to developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with schools, students, and senior professionals. Our Talent Engagement team works closely with Communications and Talent Acquisition to ensure that our programs are effective and engaging.

Your Assignment

As a Business Administration intern, you will be responsible for:

  • Co-organizing and participating in community initiatives
  • Analyzing data to visualize the impact of our programs
  • Creating dashboards and communication templates
  • Maintaining contact with our community members
  • Working alongside our team to improve our community initiatives
Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor or master's degree in Business Administration, Communication, HR, or a related field
  • Excellent data presentation skills, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • An open and engaging personality with excellent communication skills
  • A continuous improvement mindset and a willingness to speak up and share ideas
  • Proficiency in English
