About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at Thales Nederland. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for financial and budgetary controlling activities in the team budgetary & subsidy control.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the team leader in budgetary & subsidy control activities.
- Participate in the development of rates & factors for Thales NL.
- Be responsible for several Thales NL reports.
- Oversee budgetary control of several departments of Thales NL.
- Contribute to process improvements, including IT applications.
- Perform various ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on candidate with a passion for finance who can work in an informal and international environment. You should have a Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance and several years of work experience, as well as good English communication skills. Financial knowledge of reporting, controlling, and accounting is required. You should be curious by nature and able to question current processes.
