We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Supplier Quality Manager to join our team at WFS PRO BV. As a key member of our global QESH department, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of our high-tech supply chain.
Your primary responsibility will be to lead the Supplier audit program and Supplier Quality complaints process, ensuring suppliers meet VDA 6.3 Automotive standards. You will also collaborate with Supplier Quality engineers to oversee customer relations and improvement plans, driving continuous quality awareness and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Supplier audit program and Supplier Quality complaints process
- Collaborate with Supplier Quality engineers to oversee customer relations and improvement plans
- Drive continuous quality awareness and performance
- Assess and approve new suppliers, ensuring they meet quality standards
- Set and roll out supplier Quality agreements with suppliers
- Plan and perform supplier (process) audits, report action plans and follow up and close countermeasures
- Identify and execute Quality improvement projects across sites and functions
- Monitor supplier performance, track key metrics and proactively initiate investigations or improvements towards suppliers
- Design & provide training/workshops/coaching sessions internally and externally
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in (industrial) engineering or industrial management
- A deep understanding of ISO Standards (ISO 13485, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF16949) and Q&SHE legislation
- Certifications such as Certified Auditor VD6.3 and Blackbelt are highly advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively at all organizational levels and with suppliers
- Experience in working within diverse and remote teams
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. German language skills are a plus
- Willingness to travel (15-20%) across locations and suppliers
