Fund Controller Real Estate Specialist

Job Description:

Primevest Capital Partners is seeking a highly skilled Fund Controller Real Estate to join their international team of Controllers. As a Fund Controller, you will be responsible for the finance and reporting of the funds and mandates. Your administrative tasks will be carried out by external service providers, but you will be responsible for the control and overview of the components within your portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the fund administration in different countries, manage service providers, and analyze reports;
  • Responsible for the budget cycle and monitoring budget versus actuals;
  • Assist with financial audits;
  • Act as the first point of contact for external parties;
  • Prepare reports, both qualitative and quantitative, for investors, banks, and service providers;
  • Create KPI reports and performance analyses;
  • Manage and analyze data from Asset Management;
  • Contribute to optimizations, improvements in financial processes and AO/IC;
  • Report directly to the CFO Finance & Risk.

Requirements:

  • University level of education and thinking in finance and economics;
  • A minimum of 5 years of work experience in a similar role;
  • Good command of the English language both verbally and in writing;
  • A thorough knowledge of accounting principles, such as GAAP's and IFRS;
  • The ability to build relationships with stakeholders (accountants, property managers, joint-venture partners, and service providers).
