Join Our Team as a Fund Controller Real Estate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fund Controller Real Estate to join our team at Primevest Capital Partners. As a Fund Controller Real Estate, you will be responsible for the financial management and reporting of our real estate funds and mandates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the financial administration of our real estate funds and mandates, ensuring accurate and timely reporting;
  • Manage and analyze financial data, identifying trends and areas for improvement;
  • Communicate with stakeholders, including investors, banks, and service providers, to ensure seamless financial operations;
  • Prepare and present financial reports, including budget versus actuals and performance analyses;
  • Contribute to the development of financial processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Collaborate with the CFO and other team members to achieve financial goals and objectives;

Requirements:
  • University level of education in finance and economics;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbally and in writing;
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, including GAAP's and IFRS;
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including accountants, property managers, joint-venture partners, and service providers;
