Your mission
You are the host: with your friendly and warm demeanor, you captivate our customers, allowing them to immerse themselves in the PAPER & TEA lifestyle. You provide personalized advice and sell our premium teas, accessories, paper products, and more. You joyfully conduct tea tastings and events in the store, becoming the face of our location. Networking comes naturally to you, and you understand the importance of a vibrant community. You willingly share your product knowledge with your colleagues. You participate in tea training and professional development to become an expert in the PAPER & TEA store.Your profile
You have experience in retail, gastronomy, or the lifestyle sector. You possess a natural talent for sales and have a keen sense of customer needs. Your empathetic, positive, and team-oriented nature distinguishes you, along with your excellent communication skills. You are detail-oriented and maintain a high standard of service. You resonate with the aesthetics and quality standards of PAPER & TEA. You enjoy learning and sharing knowledge, continuously enhancing your expertise through regular training. You are flexible with weekend work and prefer to have 1-2 Saturdays off each month. You are fluent in Dutch, and English is a plus. You can support us with 20/32/38 hours or up to 40 hours per week.
