In the role of Sales Development Associate, your primary responsibility will be to discover and pursue fresh business prospects. This entry-level sales position encompasses both incoming and outgoing communications with potential clients. You will cultivate and sustain valuable client relationships, drive revenue growth, and play a key role in the overall achievements of the organization. Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting daily inbound and outbound activities, including calls, emails, social selling, direct mail, and video outreach.
  • Meeting quarterly qualified opportunity targets.
  • Collaborating with our Sales teams to prioritize and identify target accounts.
  • Engaging with C-level and VP-level executives to address their business requirements.
  • Regularly maintaining and updating client information.
  • Utilizing a diverse array of sales tools to execute tasks effectively.

Qualifications

  • Ability to forge partnerships and collaborate with others to achieve common goals.
  • 0 to 12 months of experience in Sales or Customer-Facing roles.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and sales aptitude.
  • A strong desire to learn and adapt.
  • Proven track record of meeting performance objectives, consistently delivering satisfaction to clients.
  • A passion for personal and professional development within the sales field.
  • Willingness to embrace new challenges and opportunities with enthusiasm and urgency.
  • Resilience in overcoming setbacks and challenges in difficult situations.
  • Professional fluency in Swedish and English is preferred.
