About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Consultant to join our team at the Port of Rotterdam. As an IT Business Consultant, you will play a key role in the digital transformation of our harbour operations, working closely with our IT team to develop and implement innovative solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital solutions to improve harbour operations and reduce environmental impact
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
  • Work with our IT team to design, develop, and implement new systems and processes
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to non-technical stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of our digital strategy and roadmap

Requirements

  • Minimum HBO work and thinking level
  • Experience in a similar complex environment with project management skills
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and PRINCE II project management methodologies
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
