XITE is a leading music video experience company that revolutionized the way audiences engage with music videos. With a full music video catalogue and a team of music experts, XITE offers a unique experience that allows viewers to search, like, and skip through its entire catalogue, enjoy channels curated by its team, and create their own channel based on a genre, decade, style, or mood using its Mixer feature.
About the Role & the TeamIn this role, you will primarily focus on designing user-centric experiences for TV apps interfaces and occasionally for web and mobile platforms. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that designs are optimized for various screen resolutions and user environments. From concept to final pixel, you'll guarantee that designs are user-friendly and visually appealing.
Responsibilities- Design intuitive and attractive user interfaces for TV platforms.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to turn business goals and user needs into practical designs.
- Ensure consistency in UI elements and design patterns across the TV experience by working closely with the design team.
- 2-5 years of professional experience working in cross-functional teams, ideally in B2C environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; you can clearly explain ideas, influence stakeholders, actively listen, and provide feedback.
- Experience with A/B testing and an iterative design process.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and experience with tools like Jira and Design Systems.
- Fluency in English.
- Living in the Netherlands: we want to see you regularly in our office.

3. Interview with our Head of UX/UI (online): in this interview, you will meet your future manager who wants to get to know you, your experience, and motivation better.
4. Portfolio case presentation & meeting the team (office): you will present your portfolio for a few of our stakeholders that you will work with in this role. After the presentation, you will meet the rest of the Design Team.
5. Final call with our CPO (online): this is the last interview with our CPO, who is responsible for the design team at XITE.
6. Reference check: we ask you for 2 references that we can give a call and ask a few questions as a part of our hiring process.
7. Offer: hopefully, with our offer, we can welcome you to the team of XITE.
