Senior Airport Services Coordinator

As a Senior Airport Services Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive exceptional service at check-in, transfer desks, special services, and boarding gates. You will adhere to set service standards and procedures to handle customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and meet the standard and special service requirements of customers.
- Adhere to internal operating boarding procedures to ensure smooth and safe departures.
- Guide and advise team members to maintain superior customer service levels.
- Liaise with Emirates Chauffeur drive company to provide eligible customers with this service.
- Oversee the arrival of bags into the baggage hall and assist customers with missing or damaged bags.
- Monitor queues at check-in and assist with excess baggage and visa issues.
- Assist with the preparation and completion of pre and post-flight documentation.
- Cover the absence of check-in supervisor and prepare flight briefs.
- Support and cover Emirates Ticket Desk functions.
A good level of secondary education or equivalent is required. Experience in Airport Passenger Services handling is essential. Must have completed relevant and recognized professional training courses in Customer Services and Handling, Ground Operations and Reservations, Fares & Ticketing.
Knowledge of a Departure Control System and Computerized Reservation System is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is also necessary. Knowledge of Reservations & Ticketing is advantageous. Fluency in spoken and written English and Dutch is required.
Applicants must have the legal right to live and work in The Netherlands. The Company will not provide assistance with obtaining work permits.
