About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Analytics Manager to join our Ecommerce team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven insights and recommendations.

  • Partner with our trading and merchandising teams to enhance performance through data-based recommendations.
  • Conduct deep dives on Dyson.com to identify areas for performance improvement and share insights with our platform and commercial teams.
  • Collaborate with our media teams, SEO, CRM, and Ecommerce teams to optimize traffic performance and website journeys.
  • Champion data-based decision-making across the organization and train and develop teams on data understanding and capability.
  • Deliver Ecommerce-focused deep dives on key market and regional campaigns and priorities, integrating insights from multiple data sources.
  • Provide high-quality, actionable insights and recommendations to improve business performance.
  • Build visualizations directly and in partnership with our BI teams to bring analytics of Dyson.com business to life for markets and regional teams.
  • Support our group teams and data quality teams in managing data systems as needed.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Advanced analytics skills, including proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Campaign Manager.
  • Data visualization skills, including the ability to create visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau and Excel.
  • Technical skills, including experience with additional tools and languages such as Python, Adobe Stack, and Hybris.
  • Ecommerce expertise, including understanding of eCommerce dynamics, including traffic optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and average order value (AOV) improvement strategies.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate technical analytics in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Fluency in English, with additional proficiency in another EMEA language preferred.
  • Adaptability, including comfort with complexity and change, and the ability to adapt quickly to evolving business needs.
  • Owner-centric mindset, including the ability to prioritize owner experience in all activities and decisions.
  • Results-driven, including experience working in a trading culture focused on achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
