Novotel Amsterdam City is one of the largest 4-star hotels in the Netherlands, part of the international Accor organization.

We have 610 rooms and approximately 1,300 m2 of meeting space, accommodating an average of 500+ guests daily.

Your Role

We are seeking a Front Office Host to lead our team and provide exceptional service to our guests.

You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth shift operation, maintaining perfect service standards, and empowering your colleagues to succeed.

This internship offers you hands-on experience in operational and non-operational aspects of our Front Office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the shift team to deliver seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain high-quality service standards, ensuring every guest feels welcome.
  • Take ownership of implementing new ideas and initiatives.
  • Develop leadership skills to drive team success.

Requirements
