Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Miltenyi Biotec. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling research solutions and workflows to both existing and new customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain contact with existing clients to increase revenue and promote new products.
  • Develop and implement a territory sales plan that aligns with company objectives.
  • Monitor competitor activities and new product launches, while nurturing relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
  • Continually develop new KOL relationships and work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, conduct technical seminars, and represent Miltenyi at events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (Master's or PhD preferred) and at least 3 years of successful sales experience in the same field.
  • Experience in managing complex sales cycles, with excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills at senior levels.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships at all levels, with a strong work ethic, customer focus, and commercial acumen.
  • Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of Dutch is an advantage.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the Netherlands, with a strong work ethic and customer focus.
