About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRM Direct Marketing Specialist to join our team at MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing direct marketing strategies to drive business objectives and optimize customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute direct marketing strategies to drive short-term and long-term business objectives
  • Manage and optimize CRM audiences to improve performance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and end-to-end ownership of campaigns
  • Analyze data to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance
  • Manage and utilize technical tools and customer data to drive marketing efforts
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM, customer lifecycle management, and customer base management
  • CRM industry expert with knowledge of customer segmentation techniques and A/B testing experience
  • Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluency in Dutch or French and English
