Job Title: EMEA Training Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EMEA Training Manager to join our team at Fluke. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive training portfolio that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Own the training revenue number and develop strategies to drive growth.
  • Create engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences, including end customers, channels, and employees.
  • Build and manage relationships with 3rd party training vendors and leverage universities and technical schools for educational offerings.
  • Conduct sales training needs assessments and analyze customer training needs to determine requirements for new content development.
  • Develop marketing plans to drive the implementation of new training content and manage the entire life cycle of training products.
  • Handle logistical setup of new training SKUs, including pricing, in the corporate and ETIM systems.
  • Design and produce training course sales and marketing support materials.
  • Work closely with Sales and Product Program Managers to ensure maximum visibility of training offerings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external training partners.
  • Manage direct reports in the regions responsible for delivering content and/or providing classroom session logistical support.

Your Team

You will be working in an international team with colleagues located in the Netherlands, the UK, and Germany. Our team members have extensive backgrounds and experience in their respective fields and work independently.

Experience

We are looking for a candidate with a proven background and/or experience in adult learning, a bachelor's degree or higher, and fluency in English and at least one other language. Experience with creating learning content in today's software is also required.

  • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Comfortable communicating with a variety of customers and partners in different circumstances.
  • A high level of independence and ability to self-educate, as continuous education is a must.
  • Ability to explain difficult topics in a way that fits the level and needs of the other party.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud.
