Supply Chain Internship Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Experience and Planning Intern to join our Global Supply Chain SNU team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and preventing customer queries and complaints, while also planning and replenishing stock for several countries.
Key Responsibilities- Consolidate customer complaints from deployment, analyze the case, identify root cause, and implement corrective and preventative actions.
- Support specific customer deployment planning activities, including planning shipments for several countries, following up on demand, and ensuring timely supplies of products.
- Track key supply KPIs via reporting, evaluate performance, and implement improvements and solutions.
- Bachelor or Master student in Supply Chain or Business Administration or related fields.
- Strong curiosity and understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes, stakeholders, and operations.
- Excellent data analysis and system skills, with attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Gross monthly internship allowance of 650 euros.
