Supply Chain Internship: Customer Experience and Planning

About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Intern to join our Global Supply Chain SNU team. As a Customer Experience and Planning Intern, you will play a key role in monitoring, analyzing, and preventing customer queries and complaints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consolidate and analyze customer complaints from deployment
  • Analyze cases, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventative actions
  • Use system tools to track historical cases and drive process standardization
  • Support customer deployment planning activities and plan stock replenishment for countries within scope
  • Manage and support samples request, TTS Management, and scrapping processes
  • Analyze key KPIs, including MTO and open orders
  • Support weekly review with Sales Units
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master student in Supply Chain
  • Strong curiosity and understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes, stakeholders, and operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Passion for driving and solving business challenges
  • Good Microsoft Office skills; knowledge of Power BI is a plus
