About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Experience and Planning Intern to join our Global Supply Chain SNU team in Zoetermeer, the Netherlands.

As a Customer Experience and Planning Intern, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and preventing customer queries and complaints, as well as planning and replenishing stock for several countries within our scope.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Consolidating customer complaints and analyzing root causes to identify corrective and preventative actions.
  • Using system tools to track historical cases and prevent future complaints.
  • Supporting customer deployment planning activities and actively planning countries within our scope.
  • Managing and supporting samples request and TTS Management processes.
  • Consolidating and analyzing key KPIs, including MTO and open orders.
  • Supporting weekly reviews with Sales Units.

You will work closely with our team to drive business challenges and solve problems, leveraging your analytical skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor or Master's degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
  • Strong curiosity and understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of Power BI a plus.

We offer a gross monthly internship allowance of €650 and a home working allowance/contribution towards travel. Please note that relocation and accommodation benefits are not provided for students coming from abroad.
