As an Engineering Manager, you'll play a key role in leading our software development teams to deliver product initiatives aligned with our business objectives.


Your responsibilities



  • Bring the vertical forward and shape the strategy for vertical tech foundations to modernize the tech stack and enable faster delivery of product improvements.
  • Support the professional growth and development of the engineers through hiring, coaching, empowering, growing, and assessing/promoting them.
  • Shape how the team can deliver on its mission and vision, with a focus on code quality and maintainability, contributing to the design and architecture of the team's domain.
  • Partner with Product and UX peers to detail the team's roadmap and deliver product initiatives with customer-centricity principles in mind.
  • Establish quality metrics to track and analyze the effectiveness of the team's software delivery processes.

About you



  • Experience in a managerial role, with a proven track record of growing engineers.
  • Hands-on experience in software development.
  • Proven track record of leading a team to deliver product initiatives aligned with the business objectives.
  • Proven track record of partnering with Product and UX peers to design and deliver products.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams with stakeholders in a matrix organization.
