Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator - Warehouse Operations

Location: European Headquarters, Alphen aan den Rijn, Netherlands

The Role

  • Manage container inbound planning with 3PL and freight forwarders, ensuring timely receipt of goods.
  • Coordinate inventory management activities, including stock reconciliation, reporting, and analysis.
  • Administer Value Added Services (VAS) coordination, including labelling, packaging, and assembly projects at 3PLs.
  • Support logistics administrative tasks, such as transport and warehouse claims handling, 3PL invoice review, and shipping document preparation.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in 3PL/4PL warehousing is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of import, inventory management, and logistics practices.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Familiarity with international freight and customs clearance procedures.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, such as SAP and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
  • Problem-solving skills with analytical thinking.
