At Vestiging Venray Standaard, we are seeking a skilled Technical Trainer to join our team. As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs for operators and technicians worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Trainer, your primary duties will include:
- Developing and delivering training programs on the use, operation, conversion, and maintenance of our customized shrink-sleeve machines.
- Collaborating with the technical department to create new training programs and improve existing ones.
- Researching new training methods and technologies to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
- Providing technical support to the sales team during demos and presentations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Several years of experience in engineering, preferably in a training or instructional role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Fluency in English, with additional languages such as French, Spanish, German, Italian, or Polish being a plus.
- Willingness to travel abroad for training and business purposes.
What We Offer
As a Technical Trainer at Vestiging Venray Standaard, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and international team, developing your skills and expertise in a fast-paced and challenging environment. You can expect:
- A competitive salary between €4,100 and €5,000 gross per month.
- 8% holiday pay.
- A bonus scheme.
- 27 leave and 5 collective advocacy days per year.
