We are seeking qualified candidates for the role of Chief Administrative Officer. This position is a two-year fixed-term appointment with potential for renewal based on performance.
Candidates must hold a recognized Bachelor's degree and possess a minimum of 4 years of substantial administrative experience, ideally within a higher education setting.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential, with a minimum IELTS score of 7.5 or equivalent, alongside fluency in Chinese. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities are crucial, as well as a competent level of IT skills. A tactful approach to handling sensitive and confidential matters is required.
The successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and meet tight deadlines with minimal oversight.
The appointees will be integral members of the Faculty's HR team, gaining valuable exposure to a diverse array of administrative responsibilities related to human resources management.
Additional duties may be assigned as necessary. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to participate in a written assessment and an interview process.
