Pilot Plant Specialist

De Pilot Plant afdeling maakt deel uit van Operations BoZ en heeft als belangrijk doel het opschalen en mede ontwikkelen van nieuwe en gemodificeerde synthetische harsen en het produceren van kleine producties, de zogenoemde commerciële producties.
Verantwoordelijkheden- Het uitvoeren van proefproducties en klein producties (commerciële producties) a.d.h.v. de door procestechnologie resp. logistiek verstrekte receptuur en opdrachten;
- Het zelfstandig bedienen van de apparatuur en het verrichten van procesvoortgangscontrole-analyses;
- Het kritisch volgen van het proces, het signaleren van afwijkingen en uitvoeren van correcties;
- Hoewel de werkzaamheden normaliter in 2-ploegendienst geschieden zal er bereidheid moeten zijn om in voorkomende gevallen in 3-ploegendienst te werken.
- tenminste 3-5 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie:
- kennis van chemie en chemische apparatuur minimaal op MBO3-niveau noodzakelijk;
- goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal;
- kennis en ervaring met MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Zelfstandigheid, technisch inzicht, kritische instelling en handvaardigheid zijn voorts belangrijk voor het goed kunnen vervullen van deze functie.
